Measure in inches.
A photo shows the style. Measurements tell us the fit.
Measure the widest points of your product, including wrapping, inserts or padding. Send all three dimensions.
For example: 9 × 6 × 3 inches. Confirm whether you need this much usable space inside the box; a listed box size can differ from its interior.

The number of ink colours, print area, material and method affect the printing quote. Share your logo or artwork early so we can advise on a suitable finish.
For screen printing, use clean artwork without gradients. A vector logo is helpful; we can review the file or a shareable artwork link with you.

Accessories can work across several box sizes, making them useful while you test and grow your range.

A few useful answers.
Why do custom boxes have a minimum quantity?
Custom manufacturing has setup costs such as cutting tools, printing plates, machine preparation and material cutting. A larger run spreads those costs over more boxes, so a very small custom run can have a much higher cost per box.
Why do rigid and folding boxes have different minimums?
They use different production methods. Rigid grey board boxes include specialised assembly stages and typically start at 100. Card and kraft manufacturing runs typically start at 1,000. Your structure and specification are confirmed in the quote.
Can I start with fewer than 100 boxes?
Yes. Ready-made products start at the store minimum of 5 purchasing units per item, subject to the product’s own rules and availability. Where the product-page branding option is available, it supports up to 150 physical boxes per selection. Fully custom box and accessory runs have their own minimums.
How much does branding cost, and how long does it take?
Ask Packzy to confirm branding availability, price and turnaround for your selected packaging. Different artwork, print areas, quantities or a fully custom structure need a separate quote.
What do I need before requesting a quote?
Send your product or reference photo, quantity, length × width × height in inches, preferred material or opening style, artwork and required date. If you are unsure about a detail, tell us what you are packing and we’ll help you choose.
