or wrong size ordered
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds because you change your mind or order an incorrect size.
Review the product measurements in inches, selected colour and quantity before placing your order. If you are unsure about the fit, contact us before purchasing.
Our mistake,
damage or missing items
We will provide an exchange or a refund for the affected items if:
- Packzy sends a different size from the one you ordered.
- Packzy sends a different colour from the one you ordered.
- Your items arrive damaged.
- Items are missing from your order.
Refunds cover the amount paid for the affected missing, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
